We are here to make your event experience as simple and easy as possible so if any of your questions are not answered here feel free to send us an email.
DO I NEED TO PURCHASE TICKETS?
Yes and pre-purchase is $5 cheaper, a limited number of Diamond tickets are available. Children under 16 are free.
CAN CHILDREN ATTEND THE EVENT?
We welcome absolutely everyone at our family friendly festival, and we'd love for your children to attend. With rides, children's entertainment, face painting, art and crafts and so much more our littlest guests will have just as much fun. Please keep in mind that there is alcohol being served in almost all sections of the event and kids must be accompanied at the festival by an adult at all times. All Children under 16yo will obtain entry, and enjoy rides and all activities for FREE. Our event is also pram friendly.
IS THERE PARKING?
We have parking available on site but encourage patrons to car pool or consider public transport, once our main carpark is full our traffic control team will open carpark 2 in a neighbouring property and patrons will be bused directly to our festival entry and back at no cost and through out the day. All parking is free.
CAN I PURCHASE GOODS?
Some of our wedding vendors sell products at their stalls, and some have free samples. There are food stalls, alcohol and market stalls all selling their produce available to purchase on the day. Most of the suppliers have eftpos facilities, but it is always handy to also have some cash.
Adults that appear under 25yo will have their ID check on entry. All over 18s will be issued with a blue wrist band and only blue wrist band patrons will be given a tasting card and severed alcohol tastings. Each alcohol tasting stand may further request ID checks to meet their RSA guidelines.
CAN I BRING PETS?
We love fur babies too but unless there a registered service companion unfortunately no pets will be allowed entry.
DO I NEED TO PRINT MY TICKETS
No, we can use our check in system to scan your tickets via your phone or device.
ARE THERE ANY PRIZES TO BE WON?
Yes, we have an amazing charity raffle with awesome prize to be won see our Charity raffle page for all T & C's
WILL THERE BE SECURITY AT THE EVENT?
Yes a local security company has been contracted to ensure the event remains safe and family friendly for everyone, our contracted security staff are RSA marshals to monitor alcohol consumption.
WILL I NEED TO BRING CASH? ARE THERE ATMs?
Yes to go shopping of course, there will be ATM's available but avoid queues and bring cash with you.
WILL THERE BE FIRST AID?
St Johns will be available for all your first aid needs
CAN I BRING DRINKS INTO THE EVENT?
February is generally rather hot, so we are providing complimentary water stations no water bottles or beverage will be allowed into the festival. (We will be accommodating for baby and infant needs) - All bags will be screened by security.
CAN I BRING FOOD INTO THE EVENT?
No food will be allowed into the festival, however there will be food to purchase on the day also catering for those with dietary requirements (a list of dietary friendly stalls will be available at our information station on the day) in additional to our substantial food and snack stalls we will also have an affordable charity BBQ presented by RIDBC.
